At TAM, we offer a unique service that provides the learning and teachings you are seeking. Workshops are creatively designed in consultation with you, to meet your individual, business and organisational needs and may include:

  • Team coaching focusing on the Chopra Coaching model, and the Five C’s that promote wellbeing within a team
  • Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle practices to promote both individual and team wellbeing.
  • Meditation and mindfulness and how to reduce stress, promote inner wellbeing, and increased productivity
  • Creatively designing your space to promote wellbeing and increased performance and productivity.
  • Coaching – Learn about yourself and your team and how to be and do together. Discover the Four C’s of wellbeing that have the potential to transform your team, workplace and performance.
  • Ayurvedic nutrition – A look at the six pillars of health, the different dosha types, including learning about your unique dosha type, and how it influences your overall wellbeing. You will also learn practical ways to integrate what you have learned, how to balance your dosha, and make it an achievable part of your daily lifestyle.
  • Meditation – a dive into what meditation is and how it can help reduce and promote all areas of wellbeing. This includes pranayama (breath work) techniques that you can use anytime, anywhere to achieve inner balance and calm.
